You are a leader. You may think you’re not, but you are, as the definition of leadership is influencing others: at home with your spouse and kids, at work with your employees and coworkers, and in your interactions with friends. Everything we do is multiplied and magnified to the benefit or detriment of those we lead – it’s a high calling from which we shouldn’t shy away.
As leaders, we are entrusted with much: if not prosperity, then family; if not family, then friends. Luke 12:48b has been the verse of the Bible that has hit me the hardest and caused me to take my leadership seriously: “From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.”
Situations and relationships are opportunities with which we have been entrusted – how well are we doing? Those we lead deserve the best leadership we can possibly provide. The pages below will equip you to do just that.
